I am struggling to write about my hospital volunteer experience in my PS.

The only reason i started volunteering because everyone did it and it was required by school ( kinda)

I specifically picked volunteer position in hospital pharmacy because i wanted to explore clinical side of pharmacy if i want to get job in hospital.

Can i say in my PS that i picked hospital volunteer because i wanted to explore clinical pharmacy ?
