Hi for the part asking for the immediate and longterm goals, are they referring to after I obtain the pharm D degree from pharmacy school or the goals of going to pharmacy school and what I plan before I enter pharmacy school?

My interpretation:

immediate goals = what goals motivated you to want to be a pharmacist?
long term goals = what do you plan to do once you are a pharmacist/how will you contribute to the community?

ok I been hearing diff responses and it goes both ways of immediate/longterm for after pharm D and they did immediate for applying this cycle and long term is for after getting the pharm D. So I guess I need to know the difference of what they are asking for in immediate goals

Yeah I see what you mean now. Immediate goals can mean what youre currently trying to accomplish in getting your PharmD or it could mean what your immediate goals are right after you graduate, like opening your own pharmacy, immediately starting research on chemo drugs, or immediately volunteering with Doctors Without Borders. But really thinking about it, the later might fit into talking about your long term goals. Immediate goals might just mean getting your PharmD and why you have chosen to make this an immediate goal? What do you plan to accomplish and learn in Pharmacy School..and how will that help you with your long term goals?
