in your personal statemet, when you mention the specialty to which you are applying, did you capitalize the word? Example: I am interested in Pediatrics because.... or I am interested in pediatrics because....??????????????

That would be a great sentence for you to use in your personal statement.

i think gramatically u do not capitalize it, UNLESS you say "Department of Peds"


atleast that's what i did, and what i heard when i talked to my advisor,etc. 🙄
