Look at the PS 101 help on this website. It has examples

A Kaplan book I have says this is the time to be personal, with anecdotes correlating why medicine is right for you. They also said don't be overly philosophical or very creative, since this isn't as much a time for personality exposure as much as the interview will be.

I saw a beautifully written one starting with a quote by JFK.
