Hey Everyone,

I was just wondering how long your personal statement should be on your ADEA application

Max is 4500 characters including spaces. Mine was exactly 4500 lol, but my friend's was only 3100. 😱 It should be long enough to get everything across, but not too long where it starts to get filled up with fluff. Hope this helps.
