Hi guys
i am really sorry if this has already been asked, but I was writing my personal statement as I am applying for 2006 and I was just wanting to make sure that I was right in thinking that the limit was 1000 words? Is this right>? Thanks!!!

It is approximately 1000 words as AADSAS actually counts the number of characters in your personal statement, not the actual words. The 1000 word limit is based on an average of around five or so characters per word, but of course that is only an estimate. Thus, most statements end up being around ~950 words.
