Hi all,

i'm kinda stressing over my personal statement. i have it done but i'm wavering over whether or not i should include a pertinent anesthesia experience to try and convince readers of my interest in the specialty. is it a "must" to include some unique experience? or should i just send my application in now since programs are already sending out interview invitations. would any of you guys mind reading my personal statement and tell me what you think? UTSouthwestern? Ventdependent? anyone? i'd really appreciate it? also, when would you say the absolute latest i should send in my application by? please advise!
