Is this supposed to formal or informal? Even though its a "personal statement", so I am pretty sure we are allowed to use "we", "I", etc. I just want to make sure that were indeed allowed to do this. Can somebody confirm this.
Also, the university I go to (University of Toronto) only tells credits as 0.5 or 1 depending on whether its 1 semester (as 0.5) or 2 semesters (as 1), regardless of the number of hours each week and lab component. My question is when we fill in the credits should I use 6 or 8 for 2 semester course and 3 or 4 for 1 semester. Could someone tell me what the difference is between them or should I just ask the school I want to apply? Thank you very much. I appreciate the input.
