    Are there any sources on how to write a great personal statement. What should be included, excluded, how to begin, what to say...ect..any advice on others. I have been looking at a blank sheet for about 1 week now. help.

    I would recommend that you take a look at the web sites advertising on SDN like Essayedge.com They have a nice little walk through tutorial that gets you up to speed on personal statements pretty quick.

    I would also look at www.accepted.com They too have a nice set of examples and suggestions.
