personal statement

I'm a non-trad and was wondering if any other non-trads would be willing to look at my personal statement (I contacted a bunch of people from the official readers list, but with little luck). I'm interested in feedback about its content, specifically if it addresses why I want to go into medicine since I've had a few different employment experiences.
