CAN I USE MY PERSONAL STATEMENT AGAIN ON NEXT CYCLE FOR pharmcas.. DOES IT MATER THAT I NEED TO WRITE DIFFERENT ONE FOR EACH YEAR

As long as you don't write it in all caps, I think you'll be ok.

Why would you want to? Do you not plan to improve it over the time span of one year?

I agree. You don't have to write a new PS but it would be better as a reapplicant to update your PS and let them know what you've done to become a more competitive applicant.
 
To the OP, you should probably start your personal statement over from scratch. Make sure you get someone to proofread it too.

I think that, if I were deciding which applicants to interview, I could be evaluating the most qualified applicant in the history of pharmacy school and I would probably trash their app if it was written in all caps :laugh:
