Does anyone know what is the maximum limit (letters) for a personal statment?

Does anyone know what is the maximum limit (letters) for a personal statment?

I believe this year it is 4500. Check the aacomas site to be sure. Lucky, last year it was 3000. (ouch!)

AACOMAS should just suck it up and match AMCAS. around 2002 it was around 2500 characters and then they bump it up to 3000 characters now 4500 characters. lol!
