"Personal Traits" LOR?

I was reading GW's secondary, and they said they want 2 science LORs and one LOR from a person describing your "personal traits." Could a non-science professor fill this role?

I suppose so, though you might get a better character LOR from an advisor, boss, or volunteer supervisor. I would contact the school for clarification.
