I'm a sophomore at a respectable state college that has a liberal arts focus. My current GPA is a 3.33.
Freshman fall cGPA: 3.59
Freshman spring cGPA: 3.15
EC's: part time job as a student ambassador for a big name electronics company, secretary for student diversity group on campus, treasurer for college safe ride program (Next semester I'm planning to start volunteering at the local hospital and potentially working to get into their scribe program.)
For this year's fall semester I think I'll end up with a 3.18 GPA realistically. I know to get into med school I need to work on at least a 3.7 GPA. I should work harder on studying but I'm having some trouble following through in reality. Studying is not hard for me but my issue is not taking enough time to do it. I'm just kinda losing faith in my ability to achieve right now and whether or not I should even bother trying for med school. I'm still undecided on my major but there is a good Neuroscience program here. Just need a bit of a realistic perspective on what I should do from here.
