10 turnes of calvin cycle gives 20 PGAl??

For every 6CO2 simply 2 molecule of PGAL will produce????

6CO2 + 6 RuBp ---> 12 PGA ---> 12 PGAL ???

They do not match each other, from 3 different source and I don't know the right format🙁

will you plz tell me which one is correct and why?

thank you 🙂

Hi, I think they are all right answers; because
6 CO2 + 6 RuBP (+ energy from 12 ATP and 12 NADPH) → 12 G3P (3-carbon); G3P is aka PGAL;

10 G3P of those 12 G3P (+ energy from 6 ATP) → 6 RuBP (ie starting material regenerated)
2 G3P of those 12 G3P→ 1 glucose (6-carbon); end of the product of this glucose is 6CO2. Also i believe that one turn calvin cycle gives 2 PGAL so 10 turns would give 20 PGAL, I think.

Yes. for every one turn of CC, you get two PGAL. so for every 10 turn of CC you get 20 PGAL as it is mentioned in Kaplan.
