PGY-1 IM in NY for PGY1 pathology

Currently in a very friendly program in upstate NY, but now thinking that I don't like IM and would like to switch into pathology. Wondering if anyone knows of PGY1 pathology positions open or willing to swap for. I would prefer to stay East coast but would consider anything.
