As you assume from my title I am not gonna put something extraordinary here and something you have never seen.

Yes, I am desperate and asking for not SOME but for a HUGE favor. And what is my story? Well, almost the same as many others, FMG, step1/2 – 228/225, ECFMG certified – 10/2010, no visa issues (Green card), no place preferences and most important no starting date limitation, any time in 2011 just right for me and last, scheduled my step 3 this summer.

By the end of June, 2011 my CV will include the externships in Internal Medicine and General Surgery
