PREREQUISITES:
ACGME-accredited Neurology &/or Internal Medicine Residency Program including an acceptable Transitional Year if rotations meet.

- USMLE Scores (Step 1, Step 2, and if applicable Step 3).
- Completion certificate from a successfully completed PGY I ACGME-accredited Neurology &/or Internal Medicine Residency Program including an acceptable Transitional Year if rotations meet III.A.2.B).(2) requirements.
- Foreign Medical Graduates: ECFMG Certification, visa status.
