PGY-2 spots 2016?

Haven't seen any PGY-2 spots posted this year either on Otomatch or the residency swap sites, this seems unusual.

Most years after the ACGME meeting a program or 2 gets another spot or someone leaves a program.

Considering the changes for the PGY-1 that are scheduled to begin this year, don't think there will be any after this year, but am surprised that there are none for this year.

Has anyone else heard of any?
