US MD in good standing with all USMLE Steps passed on 1st attempt and ample research & institutional service seeking a PGY3 position. Do not need to swap. Willing to go almost anywhere, but would prefer not to be in the South.

Are you willing to swap? I am looking for a pgy3 pathlogy position but I did not pass step 3 yet. Does your hospital accept pgy3 swap without step 3?
