PH Medical Schools that allow US Clerkship/Internship

Hello, I'm currently a pre-med student and will be starting medical school either next year or the following year. I'm currently interested in CIM but am open to schools in Manila as well. Does anyone know which schools offer a US clerkship or internship, and on top of that do all schools, especially CIM, allow students to take the USMLE Step 1 after 2nd year?

UERM, OLFU, CDU- these schools allow med students to have internship abroad for 1 year, but you have to do all the paperwork to be able to have your clerkship in the US. You might also want to confirm it on the school admin of each school as well.
