hi
could you please explain how do antibodies work in phagocytosis ?

Thanks in advance

thank you my friend
can you explain why specifically igG increased phagocytosis while another antibodies not doing that

it just so happens that IgG serves as an opsonin while the other isotypes do not. It depends on its structures, the details of which are beyond any exam short of an Immunology PhD test.

Two reasons. One is that IgG is the high affinity antibody and thus will really coat those particles/organisms good. The second is that macrophages have specific receptors for the constant region of IgG, as was already explained. That's really all there is to it.
