1.How much salary can you expect in India?? (per annum)
2.Heard that foreign countries like US provide better salary option!If it is,how much?(per annum)

3.And is there oppurtunity for an Indian student who have finished his Pharm D course to get a job in US??

It is unlikely you will get much help, as I believe most of the SDN group is U.S. based

A lot depends on whether you get your degree in India or get a student VISA and get an actual U.S. Pharm.D.

It's hard enough for US grads to find jobs here, the odds for foreign rphs are going to be longer. I have heard of independents that are willing to hire foreigners at very low ball rates. So maybe there's that.

I am actually see is many pharmacy chain is hire foreign pharmacist. you are look at cvs and most is pharmacist is train foreign, they are prefer hire foreign insted of US grad

I think most chains prefer foreigns because they are more likely to just do whatever they are told to do.

I would like to work in hospitals (directly associated with doctors giving info abt medicine and thier dose) than in pharmacy!

I work with an RPh from India and I asked her about this before. She said the pay is about equal in us vs India. Us might make a little more.

I know several pharmacist from my time in retail that were foreign grads (several from India) and from what I know the US pays significantly more than any other coutnry. That being said, how hard will it be to get a job here? If you have a PharmD from another country, you have to go through the exams (I think there is a specific exam -(NAPLEX, state boards, FPGEC, FPGEE, etc - ask the NABP about that.

But I know soem retail places tend to "own you" for lack of a better term if you sign on with them

You can get 4 lakh INR per year if you have done PharmD from a good university like Manipal University , Manipal.

In India its diffcult , but after doing some additional degree like MHA you can get a job easily in hospital .
