Have anyone heard of the pharmacy setting, "Pharm. Econ>?" or know any pharmcists working in field of "pharm. Econ?"

What is Pharm. Econ? and what exactly do they do?

Since Pharmacoecon deals cost-minimization analysis, cost-benefit analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis and cost-utility analysis, Do you know if this particular field requires duel Pharm D. and MBA degrees?

I'm sure an MBA will definitely help in pharmacoecon but is MBA a requirement or would it give you an advantage in the eyes of employers who hire pharmacoecon pharmacists?

I wouldn't say its a requirement, but the MBA could definitely help depending on the specific job and its duties. At UK we also have a dual PharmD/MS economics program.
