Whats the best resource to learn clinically important info about drugs?
I mean how one drug is different than another?

Carry around a pocket pharmacopoeia or Epocrates on your iPhone/droid/PDA. Just look for the common antibiotics, medications, regimens that are written in the charts. Each team has their specific medications they like to order for pre-cultured infections, prophylaxis, etc.
