I used Pharm recall and found it to be generally worthless. If you think you would learn well from the recall style, go for it. Otherwise, I would stick with the the tried and tested BRS for Path, and ridiculously simple for micro. FA is mroe than enough for pharm if you memorize word for word.
 
Pharm recall is ok because it tests those quick MOA's and side effects. However the Anatomy one is WAY too detailed, asking every little piece of bone and vein in the body. 90% waste of time for Step I, but 90% excellent if your going into surgery(I guess).

You'll only have a handful of anatomy questions on Step I and they are mostly clinicals, so the Recall book is not the best for it.
 
On that note - haven't seen the gross anatomy one, but the micro one is also a bit detailed. Not way too much, but bit more detailed than may be needed. The Path recall is really good though and definitely worth it. The q&a format is helpful as it points out and makes you think of answers instead of just reading past stuff.
