Step I Sketchy Pharm question

So I have been doing sketchy pharm and think it is decent. However, best to take notes on the vids or just straight up watch the videos without writing/taking notes and then do zanki/pepper afterward for recall? I am trying to figure out what I should be doing in addition to strictly just watching the videos. Any suggestions? I like anki a lot so if I should be supplementing with a premade deck here what do yall recommend is the best?

Just sit back and enjoy the video then crank out the cards. It'll stick

I annotated/highlighted first aid while I watched the videos. I mainly did it because I have a short attention span & it helped keep me engaged.

If I didn't have this problem though, I would say exactly what @Cranjis McBasketball said, lol. Make sure you look at the images for every card you do to really get those images to stick!
