I'm not a pharm major, but I had a question nonetheless.
Freshman year, I realized every other freshman had moved (sometimes) hours and hours away to plan to attend the pharm school at my undergrad.
When I finally asked why some people chose an out-of-state undergrad school for pharmacy, I was told that they don't deal with the PCAT, but solely base who they allow into the program on an interview, grades, etc etc.
How is that possible? (I wish I didn't have to take an admission test for dental school, jeez).
I don't know anything about pharm or pcats, I'm just posting out of complete curiosity.
