pharm tech mistake

I work at walgreens i was mixing a prescription and took the antibiotic out of the box to mix it. I mixed it but forgot to put it back in the box with the patient label in it and gave it out without the label that has the patients name and instructions. I tried calling the patient but the phone was disconnected what happens now? Thanks for your reply

I'm pretty sure that will not be a huge deal. Their leaflet has the rx instructions and their name on it. I do that sometimes with Cefdinir and what not.
