I was just wondering if anyone is a pharm tech in texas and if you are what are the requirements? Any input is appreciated.

I am a tech in texas 
. There are 2 scenarios
1. Your already Certified through the PTCB (This is a national pharmacy technician certification. To be certified you have to take the test.)
-You just submit you application for pharmacy tech license to the Texas state board of pharmacy and pay the money. Then you have yourself a license
2. Your not certified.
-You submit your application for pharmacy tech in training license. They give you either one or two years to take the certification test. If you don't take the test or never pass it within those one or two years.... your out of luck, because you are required to have passed the certification test to become a fully licensed technician and they will only give you the training license once.
