pharm techs in Texas

For you Texas pharm techs out there, about how long did it take to become officially registered as a pharmacy technician? I know on the website it says 2-3 weeks unless they find something fishy in your background. I know sometimes those kinds of ballparks are less than accurate, and I was wondering if it's really "the truth, " lol Thanks!
