With so many people graduating from pharmacy school, are there alot of positions in Pharma? Many pharmacists don't want to work retail, but are there enough pharma positions for them? What do pharmacists do in Pharma? Research? Do they need another degree too?

most pharma jobs require hard skills in legal, business (finance/accounting), and clinical research. A PharmD education provides neither one of those skills which means a fellowship is often required to get into pharma
