I need to setup a 529 for my newborn. Best to setup an account through the state or a third party like vanguard, fidelity, etc?

Look to see if your state gives you special benefits for choosing your state plan (like preferential tax treatment). If not, consider Utah or NY. Low fees.

Sorry for the delay. ACAB was a # statement on social media during the riots/protests earlier in the year that stood for "all cops are bad" or "all cops are bastards" depending on who you asked. I replaced the C for cops With an M for moderators.

Just being tongue in cheek given everyone's outrage over the brutality of the ban hammer.
