I'm a Biology major concentrating in Pharmacology, so a lot of the biological science courses I've taken are under the Pharm designation/department. This is not on the list of approved BCPM subjects so I'm assuming they won't count towards my science GPA?

You can list them as BIOL anyway, there's no penalty for incorrectly classifying the courses. If AMCAS disagrees, they'll simply change it. If the course name sounds "biological" enough, they might keep it as BIOL. If you're just trying to calculate what your sGPA will be, calculate a worst and best case scenario - one without the pharm classes factored in, and one with. If the two GPAs are very different, consider submitting AMCAS with only one school so you can get verified and see your AMCAS GPA before adding on more schools.
