I am using the Lange pharm cards. I have nothing to compare then to except the Stevens/Brenner cards from our school, but I prefer them for general concepts and equating treatments with appropriate class of drug. They cover a lot of material, but they do not go into the details that separate many drugs within a class (like side effects, toxicity, dosage, half-life etc).
Lippincott does have pharm flashcards, but they're very, very detailed. I like the Lange cards --- they are a nice medium between BRS and Lippincott.
