USMLE Pharmacology for COMLEX / Step1

Hello.
What is the best resource to use for pharmacology for COMLEX or Step? Would something like ANKI be best used here? I am looking for the most efficient system to build a strong foundation heading into dedicated.

Sketchy + Anki = Gold Standard for pharm & micro

Pharm & micro Q's - for the most part - are gimmies; you should know these subjects cold if you'd like to perform well on Step/Level 1.

First Aid or Boards and beyond as a good alternative. Worked for me, as someone who was terrible in pharm.

Zanki pharm (4200-5000 card deck depending on what you cut out) is gold standard

Sketchy + Anki
- Get the Sketchy anki cards
- Use Zanki for the pharm that Sketchy doesnt cover
