sorry i should have said it like this, i want to get as close as possible to 100%. I dont think sketchy by itself is enough. anyone that scored higher than 95%+ got any advice?

That is where you are wrong

Do zanki pharm. That is your best chance at "over a 95%"

Sketchy plus zanki pharm. 95% on UWorld with just those resources and a good base of physiology (pharm questions are frequently just disguised physiology questions).
