In retrospect my post probably sounded mean. I meant it in a helpful way. If you can setup a proportion you can solve this problem. It was meant as a hint as to how I would solve it.

x = grams of drug X
12% of 5,000 g = 600 g
(x + 600 g) / (x + 5,000 g) = 32% = 0.32
x + 600 = 0.32x + 1600
0.68x = 1000
x = 1470.59
