Geeze...Does retail pharmacy suck everywhere? This is supposed to be a parody of pharmacy in England. Hell it looks like a documentary to me. If it weren't for the accent it could be a CVS or Walgreens anywhere in the United States.

lol so true. I was waiting for the Ms. Watkins lady to say something like "oh maybe you might want to check under my other last name I go under" after the pharmacist searching for 5 minutes for the script under Watkins.
lol the only difference between that video and the real deal here is that we deal with crappy insurance rejections...
