Who the hell came up with the idea of having the pharmacy counter on the same level as the floor? I'm rotating at a store right now where if you're a customer standing at the pick-up counter, you can see everything happening the in the pharmacy.
Tech - It's gonna be a 1 hour wait, we're backed up right now, there are about 20 customers ahead of you.
Customer - No you're not, there aren't any baskets on the production counter and your queue is clear.
Tech - Uhhh...
Seriously, I don't like how the customers can see everything you're doing. I liked the old design where the customer has to reach up to give the prescription to the drop off person.
