How do you stop desiccant packages from following out of the bottle into Mr. K Lestor?

When is it best to use Mr. Lester? over 30? over 60? never? is it always faster to count 90 on a tray if you are fast?

Having two Mr. Lesters so that you can take the dump from one and feed it into another Lestor to confirm the count instead of having to double handle it?

Best ways to count large pills like metaformin? I once counted metaformin #360 on a counting tray. It's hard because the pills are so large. What about a special large counting tray just for large pills?

counting by 2s? 3s? 5s? is 5 still the gold standard for pharmacists?

Best way to get cotton out? with that fish hook metal rod?

Best counting trays?

Best counting trays with spatulas? plastic vs full tang and half tang metal spatulas? gold plated spatulas so you can feel gangster while living an extremely nerdy and unwild existence?

Music to be played in the pharmacy from personal devices? acceptable? external phone speakers?

To wear a white lab coat or not? good for ego boost? bad for customers being able to snipe you off in the team "THERES THE PHARMACIST"

Where to park your expensive showboat vehicle to impress the young attractive techs/interns/customers? right in front of the door? will this create jealously among coworkers? (may just apply to Texas where I'm at if your store is in a city with no parking lot. )

These are just some of the questions I think about before bed. Let's keep it light and fun guys! I was thinking about 3D printing my own Kirby Lestor respirator because the one they have now has two V shaped pouring spouts which i think is bad design. Should just have one!

I shamelessly used the Kirby for any amount I couldn’t count by sight. I will happily race anyone who thinks they are faster with a tray.

As for spatulas, who here likes to bend it so it is more L shaped? I had a coworker who did that, drove me nuts!

I have seen many bent spatulas and it drives me crazy. I need them to be straight to keep me calm at work. Never seen a bent one in an L though.

Forceps...or as I jokingly refer to it as my trusty Pharmacy shiv/shank
Hmmm probably a good thing to not just outright use knives in a retail setting...soo much temptation from both sides of the counter

Thoughts on the cotton pick and it's place in the pharmacy workplace?

Eh, hook spatula isn't bad. I just prefer to forceps because it's got both tweezer & knife functionality (additionally I can do precision work with the forceps actually using it to fix other instruments like staplers & unjamming printers, lmfao for real). I use my own spatula (longer than standard...make your jokes if you wish) because I can not stand the itty-bitty "baby" size standard spatulas (even worse are the plastic spatulas...feels like a toy).

Often get made fun of/comments made that my favorite food must be Chinese (handled like chopsticks...><)

So you usually use the tweezers for grabbing the desiccants out of the bottle before you pour them through the Lestor Kibbey?

I also shamelessly use the Kirby, unless it's 4 Vitamin D caps, etc. I count by 2s, because I'm a classless degenerate, and there's a smaller error margin.

I count CIIs by 5 the first time around then by 2 on the double count. Keeps me from making the same mistake twice.
