I am a highschool student currently a sophmore and I was looking into Pharmacy. I have a ok gpa of a 92 and I am currently 25/330 for my class rank. What science classes could benefit me to get ready for Pharmacy? What colleges have a good Pharmacy program. I was really looking at Duqesne University just because of the 6 year program.
Can anyone help me out?? :]

thankyou!

If you're looking for 6 year programs I think Northeastern Ohio also accepts mostly high school kids

Good classes to take would be chemistry and bio. I know some high schools offer courses in microbio or anatomy, so those would be helpful too. Also take as much math as you can in hs because you will need to complete calculus for pharmacy. Basically, take as much science and math that fits in your schedule but don't worry about doing extra, like summer school for example. You will be repeating those courses in more depth in college, so it's good to have a strong background. Duqesne might have specific courses they want you to take, so look at their website. If you want an idea about what courses you will be taking in college, have a look at the Pre-pharm FAQs here.

For good pharm programs, that's really up to debate. Any school with a PharmD program will get you the same result. There's a lot of variety in the schools so you have to decide what school is the best fit for you.
