Hello!

If you have been accepted to Pharm school and you are a tech can you apply for intern license, or do you have to actually wait until you are enrolled into classes?

Also does anyone know what CVS intern pay rate avg. is on the west coast area?

I believe the regulations are state based. In Indiana we had to be certified from the school, so basically we all got our intern forms on the first day of school (orientation).

In NY State you have to complete your first year of pharmacy school before you get an intern permit.

Different states have different rules. Oklahoma lets you register as an intern on day one of your first year of pharmacy school while Texas makes you wait a year.
