Anybody receive an interview for any of these schools? Thomas Jefferson University COP, St. John Fisher COP, Western New England U. , Midwestern University ? How were the interviews like and what is the appropriate attire. Thanks!!

def. the attire has to be business attire.
the interview for my school will talk more about your understanding of pharmacy, situation questions.
you should go to the school and ask for their pharmacy sample interview question. they should be available.

i interviewed at Midwester -glendale in october. Most people chose either business or business casual attire. The interview was closed-file and all the questions can be found here on SDN (interview feedback section)

where is the interview feedback session and how many days did you prepare for the interview ? My interview for the other 2 schools on here are on Jan 7th and Jan 9th. I was wondering is there specific content to prepare from? Thanks

here's the link http://schools.studentdoctor.net/school/mwu-cpg/0/midwestern-university-college-of-pharmacy-glendale
i went on 3 interviews and only prepared for them the day before. Midwestern asked pretty much the exact questions in that link. The other 2 schools ask 2 "big" questions, one about you and one about pharmacy, and the follow-up questions are based on how you answer. Just make sure that you can answer the basic stuff (why pharmacy, why pharmacist, why this school, issues in pharmacy, how you cope with stress..) and research the school and you will be fine. Good luck!

Oh okay thank you so much, also what do you mean by the big questions? Should I read up on current trends or something in pharmacy? I can definitely answer the basic stuff since I can relate from my experience. Researching the school meaning their curriculum and such right?

the first big question is to talk about yourself and the 2nd one is pharmacy related. They don't have a list of questions to ask from and everything is based on your answers (but Midwestern does ask from the list) so the interview feels just like a casual conversation. To your second question: yes, so you can answer questions like why this school specifically or what do you hope to achieve there.
