I'm in the middle of working on my personal statement and Im planning on putting in my goals for pharmacy career. I worked at Walgreens as a tech for a year and then went up to assistant manager...will they look positively on this move? I was thinking about talking about my goals to become a certified DM or a pharmacy manager for Walgreens, but would the look positively upon this, or would they want someone that was going to stay strictly in the pharmacy field?? Is this something I should mention?

I think that you should absolutely report that. I don't see any harm speaking about your aspirations and visions for your pharmacy career. I see that as a good thing; that it shows that you have put a lot of thought into where you see yourself in the next 10 years. Also, keep in mind that your goals can always change as you go along, so remain flexible. Good luck!
