one would be a huge shortage of pharmacists which resulted in more schools being opened
Pharmacists need to be better at counseling and educating patients. They should free up some time for the pharmacists to do this by giving more power to the pharmacy technicians and getting technicians to be more educated.

I'm thinking this person is getting prepared for an interview. I've seen this question listed several times on the interview databases.
This question is one of the interview questions a lot of schools ask. It is also an essay question asked by a school. I searched online for a site that I can educate myself about the issues, but unable to find. So, I thought maybe some of you know where I can look. Thank you for sharing.
