😱 Do you know if there are loan options for pharmacy school is one has a fair credit score and some credit card debt?

It seems like the schools that I'm interested in and that are close to me are private---costing $20,000-25,000/year. How does one afford that or pay that off?? I'm worried about being stuck with this debt after graduation.

Any advice??

:scared:

I think there are two ways to dealing with this from what I have been told by the pharmacist that I work with it. Either be poor the first 2-4 years paying it all off or pay it in 20-30 years little by little every month. Cheerios!

I choose the latter. Who knows what will happen tomorrow!

AMEN! after all that studing I am going to Europe!

if I loaned you 50000 and told you to pay me $4 each month for the next 100 years, would you be in a rush to pay it off? in most cases, no. this is an exagerrated example but if all you really have to worry about is the interest that accrues on your debt.

let's say interest is 6% when you graduate, if you can find investments that return you back more than that then you should be fine. don't be a rush to pay off the loan if the interest rate is low.
