Anyone here attending pharm school in England? I vacationed in London 4 weeks ago and went to Boots, their equivalent to a mega CVS. I thought it was great how they expanded pharmacist roles over there -- such as their ability to prescribe certain drugs for you right at the counter.

The only downside I saw was the pharmacists over there don't obtain a 'doctor of pharmacy' degree... only masters degrees.

we have rotations in london if one so chooses to head over there.

its a very very different system than here in the US

How is the system different exactly?
socialized healthcare

people wait forever for services that we take for granted... or they pay extra to get it done now
