Hi All:

Just want to see where I am at with my application package.

I have a BS degree in Biochemistry (hardest science major) at UW-Madison, with a 3.15GPA. I didn't do too well on my junior but I bounced back in my senior year with 3.4 GPA while taking 4 graduate courses.

I have lots of research exp. with one publication already, and second one on the way.

I currently work at walgreens full time 40 hours, and I "hope" my pharmacists (reference letters writers) approves of me. Although they keep on pursuing me to stay and work for them.... threatening me that they forgot to sent my letters.

Recently took the PCAT:
85% composite, while 97% on both math and chem. But 35% on Verbal and reading. (English is my second language, but I think if I do report that, it decrease my chances of getting in)

I am not very anxious to getting in this year, but I do like to know what is everyone's though on what are my chances

your chances are pretty good, my stats are in the same range as yours and I have received multiple interviews. I also did two years of research and help publish a paper and have pharmacy experience. My advice to you to is look up the average stats of the schools and apply to 2-3 "safety" schools, which are around you GPA, and 1-2 "reach" aka more competitive/ prestigious school. So far I have been accepted by two schools. Hope this helps, good luck!

You have a good shot into getting into mid tier schools.
