Pharmacy School Rankings

If the school is not ranked then does that mean the school isn't very good??? either way I don't care. I want to go to south ASAP so I can graduate ASAP. I dropped an Ivy League, school rankings does not matter...what matters is the $$$ you are making afterwards and the amount of debt you come out with...(lower tier schools are cheaper!😀)

In my opinion, I don't really think the school you attended matters much, i.e. if it matters at all. If you have the degree, you have it! All other things being equal, you have same chance as the person that went to University Of Heaven. The only time I think the school you went to would have mattered was if the profession wasn't in high demand as it is today. Eg lawyers.😎

What your saying is pretty much the answer. Its not really where you get the degree but what you do with it afterwards that matters. 😎

that and business school...but to some degree, in these fields, it matters where you go to school - just because reputation of a degree can help you land a better job after graduation.

HOWEVER...

healthcare degrees are all standardized (if the school you go to is accredited - of course). you take the same license exams after whatever professional school you've attended - medical, pharmacy, dentistry, podiatry, etc. And it doesn't matter where you went to school...as long as a school has a history of educating students to pass the license exam(s), you got a great education (by all standards). that's why accreditation is important. so, in the end, it doesn't matter where you go to school...you'll know just as much as someone from (say) an ivy league or any top schools...but it also depends on how much you want to know.
